By accessing or using the Sentient Works Inc website and Sentient EMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sentient Works Inc provides cloud-based energy management software for commercial buildings ("Sentient EMS"). Service features, availability, and pricing are described in your subscription agreement or as communicated during onboarding.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy our software except as permitted by law

You retain ownership of building and energy data you upload to Sentient EMS. We process this data solely to provide our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sentient EMS platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Sentient Works Inc and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentient Works Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
